THE TOWN HOUSE

We have recently converted our top floor production office into a convenient, compact city centre hire studio space/workroom which includes a utility landing area.

There is a second room off the landing for makeup or changing.

The entire Townhouse is available exclusively as a Manchester City Centre Location House if required.

Clients have used the Townhouse as a location, standing in for office or home environments. the furniture can be rearranged for your needs.

The space can be configured in a number of ways. The studio measures 3m x 4m (13ft 3in x 9ft 10in) with a beautiful high loft style ceiling space. There is a lounge on the ground floor, bathroom with shower facilities and a fully fitted kitchen . The studio is available on a daily hire basis. Clients can add our boardroom for their exclusive use if required.

The studio could be suitable for smaller scale casting, table top or portrait projects and the landing area is filled with natural daylight. As a workroom the space could be used as a production office. The studio can be blacked out if required.

Wifi is available and clients can book our onsite parking if required.
