Please note we have reconfigured our space here at Studiomanchester to create one large superb, refurbished and retro industrial inspired lifestyle studio. Please contact Call Sandy or Email for our current Rate Card

All our Studio Manchester Studio Hire rates are based on either a half day, 9am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm or a full day 9am to 6pm.  Overtime rates will strictly apply outside these times. Please allow enough time for setting up and taking down to avoid overtime costs.

The Townhouse studio suite :

This is a customisable space. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Please Note, Bank Holidays are treated as weekend rates

Electricity :

Charged per unit when using HMI or Continuous and Tungsten lighting. Our current Kw/h rate is 60p p kw/h

Parking :

We have two onsite parking places available. There is plenty of public parking available around the studio. Please email for our Parking Map
There is plenty of on and off street parking available around the studio. Currently our favoured option for Manchester Studio Hire would be the early bird, pre 9.00 am option, NCP on Chester St, best rates are through their Ap’
